Information provided pursuant to articles 13-14 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)

Dear Customer,

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that we will come into possession of, for the purposes of protecting people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you of the following:

  1. Purpose of the Processing
    The data you provide will be used for the purpose and sole purpose of offering you the services requested from us of online legal opinion or consultancy;
  2. Methods of Treatment
    The methods with which personal data will be processed include: 2a. The storage for tax purposes of your personal data as provided by you by completing the Customer Details (Name and Surname / Company name, e-Mail / PEC, Tax Code / VAT number, telephone number), for the issuing of the Receipt tax or Invoice upon completion of the requested service for the retention period of such tax documents required by law; 2b. The transfer to the designated professional, together with the question submitted to us, solely and exclusively for the fulfillment of the task entrusted to him.
  3. Provision of data
    The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 is mandatory and any refusal of authorization will make it impossible to carry out the service requested from us;
  4. Communication and dissemination of data
    4a. The data provided will not be communicated to anyone except the Revenue Agency’s exchange system in the case of electronic invoicing, and their dissemination is not envisaged;4b. In the case of payment via third-party platforms (PayPal, for example), the data communicated by you for the payment will not be known or accessible by us, just as the platform responsible for managing the payment will not know or have access to the data of the question sent to us .

  1. Rights of the interested party

At any time, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you are allowed to exercise the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data;
b) obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the rectification and deletion of data;
d) obtain the limitation of processing;
e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;
f) object to the processing at any time even in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
j) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Where consent is requested, by ticking the relevant option you will declare that you have received, read and understood the preceding information and to this end express your consent to what is contained therein.

By not expressing consent it means that you DO NOT express consent to the processing of your personal data including those considered as special categories of data or you DO NOT express consent to the communication of your personal data to public bodies and private companies for the purposes indicated in the information or DOES NOT express consent to the processing of the particular categories of your personal data as indicated in the information above and therefore, in all these hypotheses, the service cannot be provided to you.
